Returning Items Bought from the Bookloft Online Store

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.

You can also bring the item and your Shipping Confirmation e-mail directly to the store.  If your Shipping Confirmation e-mail are unavailable, the original form of payment must be presented.

Please Note: If you used PayPal to complete your order, the store will provide a Bookloft Gift Card or in-store credit.
